Help Tim Thomas Fight Cancer!

My name is Chris Stuermer.  I am organizing this fundraiser on behalf of Tim Thomas, known in the SCA as Lord Cailin Mac Aindreis.  Recently, Tim  suffered multiple strokes requiring several hospitalizations.   While searching for the source of the strokes, the doctors discovered that Tim has Pancreatic cancer which has spread to his lungs and liver.  Tim is undergoing invasive chemotherapy as well as physical therapy for the strokes.    Fighting a  life-threatening illness is incredibly stressful, both for the patient and their primary caregiver.   As a cancer survivor myself, I can tell you that the cost of treatment is incredibly expensive.    Insurance does not cover it all.    Tim and his lovely caregiver (JoAnn Sheffer) shouldn't have to worry about the medical bills during this difficult time.    Those bills have already started coming in.    Please consider making a donation to help defray the cost of Tim's medical bills.  No donation is too small.  Your generosity and support will mean a lot to Tim and JoAnn.  Thank you!
