Hi, my name is Tim Sohn. I’m an 18-year survivor of chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). Every day I’m grateful to still be here — but I’m in a really difficult season of life right now.
It's challenging managing my cancer journey and other health needs. I’m working two jobs — part-time at Walmart and as the music coordinator at my church (plus some work through my business) — but despite working hard, I currently have just $100 left in my bank account.
On top of my regular living expenses, I need to keep up with ongoing medical appointments to New York City for oncology and dermatology, as well as medications that are critical for my health. Like so many others, I’m also searching for a full-time job that provides health insurance, but in the meantime, the bills keep coming.
I’m asking for your help to get through this urgent financial hardship. Your support will go directly toward:
Rent and utilities
Medical expenses and transportation
Groceries and daily necessities
Any amount truly makes a difference. If you can’t give, sharing this campaign with others would mean the world to me.
Thank you for reading, for supporting, and for showing up with me during this challenging time.
With gratitude ❤️
Tim
