Tim suffered a massive stroke and is now facing open heart surgery next month to replace a valve in his heart. He cannot work and is at risk of losing his house because we can’t cover the rent. This stroke changed all of our lives in an instant, and it has been an incredibly difficult time for our family. We are doing everything we can to keep things together for our two boys so they can finish school.

Tim has always been a hard worker and has provided for us, but now he is really struggling mentally and emotionally. He feels alone and like nobody cares, and it breaks my heart to see him this way. The funds raised will go directly to covering our rent and providing gas money so we can get Tim to all of his medical appointments. Every little bit helps us stay in our home and make sure Tim gets the care he needs during this critical time.

I hate to even do this—we are proud people, but we are out of options. We are going to be homeless in a month and our two boys need to finish school. We have no idea what to do. Tim has done nothing but work and help people his entire life, and now he’s unable to do anything because of the damage from the stroke.
