Help Tim Recover From Fire

I have been praying for answers in ways in which to help my son, Timothy Horvath recover from a fire in a motel in Myrtle  Beach on April 26, 2017. Tim was on a ventilator for three weeks and in ICU for four weeks. Tim has no Health insurance and was released from the hospital and was sent home instead of to a medical rehab for occupational, physical and respiratory therapy.  As a result of the burns on his arms, he still is in great pain, has nerve damage and can't use his hands as he once did.  The new skin is tight and retracting without therapy. He can't be out in the sun as his arms feel like they are on fire. He had money saved to shortly move into an apartment and all his furniture money and belongings were missing after the fire even though the room wasn't completely burned. Thankfully, his dogs, Toby and Mojo survived. He has a long road to recovery and doesn't know when he will be able to work again. Tim came back to Pennsylvania on June 18 and will be staying with me. I am in a difficult position myself,  as I have terminal breast cancer and again on chemotherapy and receive SS Disability.  I prayed about this most humbling decision to ask for help. I know from my many years of volunteering with the Conference of Churches to help the needy or my years lobbying as a Community Ambassador with the American Cancer Society, that One Person Can Make a Difference in the Future of Someone's Life.  Just think what a Group of Caring individuals can do!!? I have experienced the kindness, generosity and compassion of so many through my 18 years living with cancer. There are no words to convey my heartfelt appreciation for your prayers, generosity and support at this time in Tim's recovery.  God Bless, Louann Martucci
