Tim Lapp had a series of strokes on November 30. He has been in the hospital and then rehab since then. He is scheduled to come home Dec 16.

But because of the stroke, he is weak and he walks slowly with a cane. He tires easily and his speech is slower and more methodical.

He was a semi-truck driver, but the stroke took that away, leaving little to no income for his family and himself.
