The goal is to help my dear friend Tim Lampard, who has Parkinson’s disease. I have known him since 1971. We met at school at Central Jr. High. We were classmates and basketball teammates. The money will be used for renovations (in particular an electric stairlift) so that he and his wife can stay in their home where they have lived since 1980. Parkinson’s is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder. The objective is for them to make some adjustments in their house that will positively impact their quality of life.
