Help Tim & Julie.... Stronger than cancer!

Tim and Julie were married in Omaha in September 2014. Once high school sweethearts, their reconnection years later brought love, laughter, and joy to their friends, family and many more! In May of 2021, Julie underwent quadruple bypass heart surgery due to a heart attack. We are incredibly grateful that her trip to the ER resulted in a full recovery. She missed several months of work when this happened. She was feeling better and getting back to work, when in August of 2021 Tim was diagnosed with AML (Acute Myeloid Leukemia). Since then he has been hospitalized several times. He has endured radiation and chemo, and just a few weeks ago, a bone marrow transplant. Tim has been unable to work since his diagnosis last fall.

 

Since the transplant in March, Tim has been doing well. However, his prognosis is not what we would hope for. Because of this, Julie has made the decision to be Tim’s full-time primary caregiver. Tim has proven to be very strong and determined, and we believe he will kick cancer’s ass!

 

As their family, we ask for your kindness and generosity for these two amazing, kind, and loving people.
