Hi my name is Cal and I’m raising funds to help out one of my best friends while he recovers from his work related injury. My friend Tim is a very talented and gifted individual who runs a small woodworking business out of Lincoln, RI called Link Woodcraft. While he was working on one of his projects, he experienced an excruciating injury; his finger got caught in his planer and ended up losing a large portion of his finger—bone and all. This injury has caused him a great deal of pain, stress, and anxiety. I love Tim dearly and he’s one of the most thoughtful and caring friends I have.

At this very moment, Tim is worried about making ends meet while he recovers. He’s worried about paying for his mortgage, utilities, pet fees, phone bill, and not to mention the incoming medical bills. Sadly, his woodworking business is his only source of income. I truly can’t imagine the physical and mental toll he’s experiencing. Overcoming physical pain is one thing, but overcoming the mental pain is a very difficult thing to do.

I want to be able to raise enough money for him and his wife to pay their bills for two months. I’d love for Tim to feel a little better while he recovers. He’s a sweet boy.
