Support for Tilak Sarma’s Funeral & Family

It is with deep sorrow that we share the sudden demise of our dear friend, Tilak Sarma, at his apartment in Dallas, Texas.

Tilak, a 1994 graduate of Jorhat Engineering College (Assam), was a kind-hearted, humble, and hardworking soul who touched the lives of everyone who knew him. He had been working in the United States, far away from his loved ones in India.

His untimely passing has left his family in India devastated. As Tilak was alone here, his friends and the Dallas Assamese community are uniting to honor his memory and ensure that his family receives the support they need during this difficult time.

We are raising funds to cover:

Funeral arrangements in the U.S. and a repatriation, if possible.

Financial assistance for his family in India, who depended on him.

Every contribution, no matter the size, will bring comfort and relief to his grieving family.
