Tigger was attacked by a coyote in the bushes in front of our house and fought his way free (all while I ran toward the sounds yelling his name). This all happened in the morning with the sun up, not when you think a coyote is on the prowl. In the struggle he got broken ribs, a broken scapula and a fractured leg along with a fractured jaw. This also came with punctures from where the coyote had him.  So he is currently stable with lots of pain medication and a team of doctors monitoring him (thank you Pet Emergency and Specialty Center). We were lucky enough to get our CT scan at the same cost as an x-ray due to training needs but he’s looking at a few days in the ER and tonight he’s still in pet ICU. Any help you can give is greatly appreciated. Should we not need everything that’s donated we will pass the money to the San Diego Humaine Society. He’s been with our family for 12 years and has seen us through a lot including the sudden death of my little brother right after the birth of my first baby and is the most important friend in the life of our second little girl He’s a very special cat who manages to get even those who “hate cats” to love him.
