Tiger Lily the doggie-girl has had quite a week. She’s stable now but she needs a mass removal surgery. She’s had the mass for a while but it became aggravated recently and has developed into a pretty serious situation. She’s been super brave and good spirited through the antibiotics process but the vet says that the surgery is ultimately necessary for a full recovery. This is coming at a time when money is already tight in the house and so we’re reaching out extremely appreciatively to anyone who can help Lily get the care she needs. All funds donated will go toward Lily’s medical expenses and healing.
Lily is a one of a kind canine who has found a way to amaze me every day since we met. In her youth she was the fastest dog in the park and the best tug o’war athlete in the game. After going blind from glaucoma at 8, she’s remained determined to experience as much life as she’s able and I love helping her as she faces her challenges with eternal optimism and humor. She’s still so strong and she has so many more things to bonk into and then sniff. We deeply appreciate your support.
