My sweet girl Tiger has always been the heart of our family. She’s been with me through everything for the past six and a half years, and she’s never been sick before. Recently, Tiger developed a very bad tooth infection that caused her entire right side to become extremely swollen and painful. It’s been heartbreaking to watch her struggle—she constantly has buildup in her eye, and sometimes it gets so bad that it crusts shut. My family and I were finally able to get her into a vet, where she was given some pain medication and other temporary meds. Unfortunately, the medication is only for three days because cats can’t be given more than that without risking kidney issues. The vet told me that Tiger needs further testing to figure out the best way to help her, but I need to come up with a significant amount to cover the costs. As a single mother already struggling to make ends meet, I’m reaching out for help because I can’t imagine having to rehome Tiger due to this unexpected situation. She’s our biggest love bug and snuggle buddy, and my human baby adores her just as much as I do. Tiger means the world to us, and we want to do everything we can to help her heal and stay with our family. Any amount donated would help and be very much appreciated.
