Help Tiger Bay Brawlers Reach the WFTDA European Regional Championship!

We are thrilled to share that after years of hard work, we are going to the WFTDA Roller Derby European Regional Championships in Namur, Belgium from June 12–14. Now we need your help to get us there!

This year is an incredible milestone: this is our 2nd appearance at the roller derby regionals, which is a testament to the passion, commitment and perseverance of our skaters, coaches and volunteers. We have worked hard all season to earn our place on the track and we want to represent our community with pride on a European stage.

Why We Need Your Help

As a grassroots team run by the skaters themselves, we do not receive any grants or funding for travel to international tournaments. All aspects of getting to regionals, including travel, accommodation, equipment and fees, come out of our own pockets. This is estimated at £500+ per skater for just the 4 days.

Fundraising is the only way to ensure the whole team has access to the support to attend. Every skater on the team deserves to be there, and your support will make that possible.

A Little Thank You From Us

To show our gratitude for your support, everyone who donates £5 or more will eligible for a token of appreciation!

One lucky fan who donates £5 or more will have the chance to receive:

• A handmade cardigan by Kemp, or

• A handmade leather bat purse by Boba

The names of everyone who donates £5 or more will be put into a random generator, and the person chosen will be contacted to ask for their postal address. This is our little way of saying thank you for being part of our journey.
