Tiffany’s heart condition, caused by Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH)—a rare, genetic disease she inherited from her father—has already caused significant damage to both lungs. Now, she relies on oxygen 24/7 just to breathe.
The Ross family—Tiffany, Josh, and their children Lilly (16), Andrew (13), and Hailey (12)—have endured a heartbreaking journey since Tiffany’s diagnosis in 2024. Just two years ago, life was normal: Tiffany managed a Hy-Vee, Josh worked at Nebraska Furniture Mart, and their kids were busy with school, sports, and theater. But as Tiffany’s health declined, she could no longer work, and Josh left his job to care for her and their children, taking part-time work when possible.
