Hello Friends and Supportive Community,

I am writing today to ask for help for Tiffany to support her through a custody battle she is preparing for to ensure her sweet daughter Leia, who is only 20 months, is back in her arms. Unfortunately, Leia's father has withheld Leia from Tiffany at his mom's house in Indio (140 miles away) since August 1st with no clarity on when Tiffany will be able to get Leia back.

Leia is Tiffany's world and for her to be ripped away so abruptly has been devastating, to say the least. Tiffany has been Leia's primary caregiver since birth ensuring her daily needs are met, including breastfeeding, which has been a critical part of her nutrition and comfort.

Tiffany has made several attempts to co-parent and share custody of Leia to ensure she is bonded to both parents, but Leia's father has been uncooperative and unresponsive.

At this point, Tiffany needs legal representation to get Leia back.
