On October 23, 2025, I was set up by my child’s father and brutally assaulted by his girlfriend while I was holding my baby. Since that traumatic incident, my car has been vandalized so badly that I can no longer drive it. As a Substitute Teacher, I rely on my car to get to work and to take my children to school each day. Without transportation, it’s been nearly impossible to keep up with my responsibilities and provide for my family.
