I'm facing major surgery for a large 18-centimeter uterine fibroid, while also trying to keep up with work, parenting, transportation, and basic living expenses. I've done everything I can to handle this on my own, but the medical costs, recovery time, and other essential expenses have become more than I can manage alone.

Over the past two years, life has been incredibly hard. Without reliable transportation, I've had to depend on Uber for nearly everything — getting to work, attending appointments, and co-parenting my child. Even simple responsibilities have become financially exhausting.

After working hard and saving for a long time, I have finally been able to buy a dependable car so I could regain some stability and independence. While that's been a major step forward, it also came at the same time that my medical situation got more serious and urgent.

The symptoms from these fibroids have affected my daily life, energy, health, and ability to function normally. I now need surgery and time to recover properly, but the financial strain of medical treatment and recovery expenses has become overwhelming.
