We would first like to start by thanking you for taking the time to read our incredible mother’s story. We have been so moved by all the support and outpouring of love we’ve received through this unimaginable time.

For those who aren’t aware, our mother, Tiffany Lynn, has been suffering with crippling illness for the past year and a half. It had been getting progressively worse, causing her to feel weak, faint, and intense abdominal pain and discomfort. On June 22, 2021, our world was turned upside down when we received the dreaded news no family is ever prepared to hear. She was diagnosed with PT3N0M0 Colorectal Cancer.

Since the onset of her illness, she has been hospitalized several times and has been forced to take a copious amount of sick leave. We are elated to report her tumor has been removed, but she will still need chemotherapy, which will mean more unpaid time away from work with growing medical debt. Since her surgery, her medical bills are already exceeding $80,000 and will continue to increase as she receives vital treatment.

Tiffany is a mother of four—Kyleigh (27), Ciera (23), Jaden (21), and Micah (12). She is also a Grandmother of one— Wacomic (11 months). She has raised all her children as a single parent. She is a beloved daughter, grandmother, sister, co-worker and friend. The road to recovery and ultimately being cured, is a long one filled with physical, emotional and financial distress, but one she will not have to walk alone. At this time, our only priority is our mother’s health and the last thing we want her to be burdened by is making impossible decisions between her livelihood and receiving lifesaving treatment.
