Help Tiffany Avoid Eviction and Rebuild

I’m Hi, I’m Tiffany. I’m the mother of a Navy sailor and a soon-to-be Navy sailor. I’m an Arizona transplant with no family or friends in the state. For me, like for so many of us, the past two years have been brutal. I lost my job with Amazon due to layoffs in 2023, causing me to fall behind on many things. After finding a job within eight months, I tried to play catch up and still maintain.

2024 brought its own set of issues. Just as I began to think things were going to smooth out, I was a victim of two hit-and-run accidents, the second one caused me to stay a few weeks in the hospital. I wasn’t paid during this time so I got behind on my rent. I also had the car that was damaged in the wrecks repossessed, leaving me with no transportation.

I am now facing eviction in the coming week, if I don’t come up with the balance due to my complex which is $3700.00 (rent + late fees). I have reached out to many organizations for assistance but I’m told that I make too much money to qualify. I’m at my wits end and seem to be all out of options. I’ve always been the one who would and could always help others. With no friends or family here in Arizona, I have no one who could assist. I’m hoping that my community can come to my side. I ask in this time that anyone help in any way they can. Every bit helps. All funds will go towards paying the balance of my rent.
