Yesterday was a very tough day for my younger cousins, Tiffany and Matthew Carroll. A fire took away everything they had in this world. A fire started in the bedroom and quickly spread and the house has been deemed a total loss. Everyone is safe! They walked away with the clothes on their backs. This home was built by our great grandparents and left to their dad who when he died left it to them. They also lost their mother some years ago and grandmother who helped in raising them both. Tiffany takes care of her brother Matthew who is autistic. He was diagnosed with Asperger's syndrome when he was younger and Tiffany is his sole provider. He is a student, finished his associate's at Polk State and working on getting into UCF for his Bachelor's.
Our family, a strong group that regardless of distance and time passed, is coming together to help anyway we can! That help is welcomed but not enough. If you are able to help in any way please do. Anything helps prayers, clothes, monetary donations. They want to get back to normal, a new normal.

Yesterday on 12/29/19 We lost our family home to a fire. It's an old house that's been in our family for several generations now. Thankfully no one was hurt, my younger brother Matthew has autism and was home alone but got out quick and safely. I was at work and John wasn't back home yet. The fire started from either the air conditioner, or the electric outlet it was plugged into, and spread throughout the whole house. Almost everything was burned, or smoke or water damaged. Thank you to all our friends and family for their support and love, and anything you can give will help us to rebuild our life! ❤️
