Help Tiffanie give Autumn a proper cremation
—Final update—
June 20 at around 2 PM little Autumn started crashing and required CPR. Even after 15 minutes of CPR four rounds of Eppi, three rounds of antibiotics etc, the doctors could not bring little Autumn back and they had to stop working on her. Her parents are absolutely devastated that daughter passed away, so quickly and without warning. She had been doing so well and her doctors even called her phenomenal so for her to be brought down by sepsis infection is absolutely devastating.
At this time we are asking for donations to help with bills, any medical costs, keepsake items, flowers, cremation, urn, and the additional fees of the cremation. This little girl was so incredibly loved and wanted so bad. Her parents are completely distraught over her loss. Thank you to all of those who have already donated. Your funds will be redirected to this new goal. We appreciate everyone who donates and assist us with our mourning. The family is working on making arrangements for her. We will have an obituary up soon and when it’s time to post her celebration of life information, we will share that as well.
*****
On Memorial Day, May 28, Tiffanie laid down with her husband to go to sleep when her water unexpectedly broke. Grant rushed her to labor and delivery where the nurses verified her waters were ruptured (PPROM) and she was admitted into the hospital. At 22 weeks, her little baby girl, Autumn, isn’t considered viable and Mom must stay in the hospital to be monitored for infection or labor signs.
Tiffanie and baby Autumn will remain in the hospital until delivery. She has received iv antibiotics and a full round of pill antibiotics. Now it is a waiting game to see how long we can keep Miss Autumn inside to give her the best chances at life without severe disability. After she is born, she will have an extended NICU stay from 2-6 months depending on her gestation at birth.
With this unexpected hospital stay for an extended period of time, they are experiencing financial hardship. There are other expenses taking a toll on the family.
If you are unable to donate, please say a pray for the family and for their rainbow baby Autumn. We want with all our hearts for her to arrive safely and healthy.
—UPDATE, JUNE 10—
Tiffanie and Autumn have officially made it to 24 weeks and they were able to get their first round of steroid shots to help improve Autumns odds if she were to be born in the next few weeks. The hospital has also expressed that they will start twice daily monitoring to check Autumn’s stress levels and will do an emergency c-section if Autumn appears to be struggling. As of today, Tiffanie isn’t experiencing contractions, nor signs of infection.
