Help Tie Dye Lisa

Please help our friend, Lisa get through a tight spot this winter. Her pipes have froze, leaving her without water and her propane is out, leaving her without heat. We are raising funds to help with the unexpected cost and the bills that have accumulated while trying to resolve these issues.
