Help Tick with her surgery

Hello everyone and thank you in advance for taking the time on this fund.
I'm Alison and this fundraiser is for my beloved dog Tick, who unfortunately needs immediate surgery on her spleen and it's going to be up there in expenses.
The surgery needs to happen tomorrow, so it's a time sensitive issue, and Gofundme is my best option.
Tick is a German Shepherd/Husky mix who I rescued when she was just a puppy (covered in ticks) and she's been with me ever since.
Last night she started having trouble breathing and went in for an emergency visit to the vet where she still is.
There's no way to be sure how much it will be, but the surgery is between $3,000 and $3,500 dollars, but then there's the post surgery costs with medicine and anything else she might need. Through emergency visits, ultrasounds, 24hr watch and more tests.. you can imagine how it adds up.
Reaching out through Gofundme is the best way forward for me, and anything is appreciated as we try and get Tick back to full health. I understand it's a lot of money, so any help at all would mean to the world to Tick and I.
