Help Tiana and Ismail Unite for Baby Z's Birth

Donation protected
Hello family, friends, community, and everyone that wants to hear our story :)

My name is Tiana, I'm a Black Mexican and Native femme who is currently pregnant with my first child with my wonderful partner, Ismail. As happy and excited as we are for baby Z to join us earthside, we are kindly seeking community support to secure a future all together as a family in the US. We are currently in the very beginning process of filing a K1 Visa application and petition, aka fiancé visa.

My partner Ismail is Moroccan Amazigh and currently lives in Morocco. As many know, the US has many restrictions and requirements for people from Muslim countries to enter the US, including a very expensive process to assure the success of the application being approved.

A breakdown of costs:
I-129F filing fee: $675
US State Department filing fee: $265
Medical Exam fees: $250-400
Adjustment of Status fee (after marriage): $1450
Flights and other expenses: $2000

I'm currently due July 25th, and a little background about me: I have a genetic disorder called Tuberous Sclerosis, and I am considered a high-risk pregnancy. I would really love for Ismail to be present for the birth in case of any emergency during birth.
A little background story about Ismail and I's love story :) We met in 2023 on Instagram and quickly fell for each other with a mutual love of music, art, and culture and many other things. After a job loss, I decided to take a chance on love and my Instagram crush ;) and flew to Morocco in April 2024. We quickly fell in love and made things official. I came back to Morocco again after long distance got the best of me and I wanted to spend a few months with Ismail. I found out I was pregnant two months into my trip in October and we're excited to enter this next chapter of our lives and start a family.
I'm currently a X gender marker passport holder and with the current state of US traveling for me is up in the air. Morocco doesn't recognize the X gender marker. I didn't have trouble in the past entering the country because the US still recognized the X gender marker and now the US no longer does. The likelihood for me traveling back to Morocco after birth is very low. The best choice for us is bring Ismail to the states.

With your help you'll help us secure our future together as a family when baby Z is born. Thank you for taking time to read and hear our story we're deeply grateful for the love, care and support. ❤️
