Good morning,

My name is Tiairra Jackson. I'm a 33 yr old mother of two beautiful children. Recently, we moved out of a very stressful situation to have a space of our own. We prepared everything as best we could, however, the rising electricity costs are starting to become too much to work around. Over the last year our bills have tripled in a manner that doesn't seem to fit our usage, and Pepco has no other information for us save for that we've just used a little more because its the winter/summer.

We are vigilant of keeping our lights and things to a minimum usage. Nothing has changed but the bills keep rising and I'm struggling to find assistance. We've used up our once a year emergency fund and still the costs keep going up. If anything can be spared during this time where I am sure everyone is struggling to make ends meet, we would greatly appreciate it. I am thankful to anyone who is able to help. I've never been one to ask for someone else's hand when I know they have troubles of their own. But I am thankful to anyone who finds it possible to reach a hand out and help.
