Hi family! Tia Mari has a great opportunity to move into her own apartment within a Senior Community. Although it's been a long and competitive process, she will find out this week if her application passes the final approval by the City Housing Authority (which it will). Not only will this apartment be equipped with the safe and engaging amenities for any senior, it will most importantly be a space of her own, a special sanctuary she can call home.

As you all know, my tia has made many sacrifices to put the needs of her girls and her family first...with a heart of gold, she's quick to lend a helping hand and if she can't lend a hand, she'll surely offer her prayers...always putting the needs of others before her own. She's a true inspiration and phenomenal mom, grandma, tia, sister and friend.

With that said, this is our opportunity to show her how much we care and appreciate her . I'm hoping we (her sobrinos) can all contribute a little to help with moving expenses and to furnish her new home. 

P.S. She has no idea I'm doing this for her...she would probably (definitely) discourage the effort but I'm hoping we can gift her with this blessing as she is always trying to be a blessing to others.
