Hi, my name is Karla. I am helping gather funds for my aunt, Juana. She was diagnosed this week with colon cancer and she will need chemotherapy and radiation treatments. She lives in Mexico City and works as a hairstylist, unfortunately she will not be able to continue working while she undergoes treatment. Her sons Poncho Alpizar and Ernesto Alpizar are helping with day-to-day care and covering some medical costs.

This has been a very difficult year for my aunt's family, we suffered the loss of her husband eight months ago and now the difficulties with her health. We appreciate any and all donations to help support my aunt Juana with her medical needs. We have family and friends here in the U.S. that have asked to help and in response, her son and I have setup this campaign for her medical needs. Because this is all very recent, I will try to post updates when there is something to share.

Ella vive en la Ciudad de Mexico y trabaja como estilista, desafortunadamente no podra seguir trabajando mientras tiene su tratamiento. Sus hijos Poncho Alpizar y Ernesto Alpizar estan ayudando con cuidado de dia a dia y estan cubriendo algunos costos medicos.

Este ha sido un año muy dificil para la familia de mi Tia, sufrimos la perdida de su esposo hace 8 meses y ahora las dificultades con su salud. Agradecemos todas las donaciones para ayudar a mi Tia Juana y sus necesidades medicas. Tenemos familia y amigos aqui en los EEUU que han pedido ayudar y por eso hemos creado esta campaña para sus necesidades medicas. Esto todo es muy reciente y yo tratare de actualizar esta cuenta cuando tenga mas informacion que compartir.
