This is Thumper Moomoo the 3rd, he just turned one year old on April 4th. When he was about four months old, he swallowed ponytails that wrapped around his intestines, so he had to go through a surgery to remove them. When he was nine months old he jumped off of a
high surface, that’s when we found out he has Luxating Phatella which is a condition diagnosed in small dogs, where he had to learn how to independently pop his back legs back into socket. Now that he is a year old his breathing has worsened, we thought it was asthma so we decided to take him back into the vet, that’s when we learned that he has a mass attached to his sternum which affects his breathing. The next step is to get a CAT scan and/or a biopsy to determine if it is a tumor or a cancer. This will be about $3,000 and does not include the possible surgery. His appointment is next month on the 27th, and we are hoping for any type of help. Anything counts no matter how small. He deserves to live a long life and not just a year.
