Hi friends and family — Clara, Chloe, and Aemilia, we three sisters are opening Millet Bakery, the only 100% dedicated gluten-free bakery in Bellingham, WA.

We’ve signed the lease, secured a small loan, and will be working day and night to build out the bakery.
