Help Thor the Dog with his ACL surgery

Hi. My name is Michael and I live with my wife Jessica and our two pets Thor (a dog) and Loki (a cat) in Durham, NC. Thor recently ruptured his ACL and will require surgery so he can walk properly again. Normally we would take this on the chin and cover it ourselves, but aside from the once in a life time pandemic that's going on, this just isn't a great time.
Here is a copy of his lil estimate to help show I'm not trying to mooch off of you (I also realize how easily this could be faked, so I hope the video I attached after this helps more)...
We just bought a house and Jessica is coming up on her 8th month of pregnancy with our first child, a little girl. Like basically everyone who has a pet, we love our doggo very much (perhaps our voting was biased, but he's won the world "Number One Good Boi" award in our house for 3 years running now) and would like for him to be able to walk and play with our soon to be born child for the for foreseeable future.
Here is our little guy in his current, wobbly state (yes that's my high wiener voice, Thor's also deaf in his one ear, we picked a thoroughbred didn't we!)...
I normally would stray from doing this because it just feels like begging to me. It stinks that our dog got hurt, but I am sure many people have more pressing issues going on with their lives at the moment. Getting a dog's tiny ACL repaired isn't the same as someone who has cancer and needs money for chemo, or a person who is wrongfully charged for a crime and needs bail etc etc, you know real life human problems.
If that is you, feel free to hit us up with some Ts and Ps to give our buddy some positive energy. Stay safe and be appreciated.
BUT if you do have some extra money and want to help a derpy little guy out, we would be extremely thankful for anything that would come our way. The shame I have in begging for my dog is superseded by the immense love I have for him and my growing family.
To try and counteract the nagging feeling of just blatantly asking for money, I want to offer my services as an artist ( https://www.pfefferdesign.net/ is a link to some examples of my work ) to anyone who makes a donation over a certain amount. I realize that GoFundMe doesn't have some sort of system to keep me to these pledges, but I love my dog and family too much to be some flaky artist internet dickhead to people who are giving away their hard earned money to help us. You'd just have to trust me and we'd have to respect the honor system (I would go about contacting you after the donations go through and we will get everything set up).

50-99 dollars - I'll draw you a digital black and white picture of whatever you want (I mean, lets not get nutty with smut or gore, but I mean, I won't kink shame here and am negotiable), super hero stuff, real life people, cartoon cute things, your pet, whatever. I can draw all sorts of styles and will happily make something as thanks for your support.
100 plus dollars - all that above, but with full glorious extra color.
