Thomas Reid and his wife, Alyssa need our help. Thomas was born with a genetic lung disease called Cystic Fibrosis. Despite the difficulties that come alongside living with CF, Thomas has endured many additional challenges including losing both of his parents a few years ago at a young age. Now, at just 27 years old, Thomas has been diagnosed with Esophageal Cancer very unexpectedly. This diagnosis has caught their entire family off guard and turned their whole world upside down. Thomas and Alyssa are currently dealing with numerous oncologists, surgerons, radiation specialists, medical bills and the additional expenses of cancer, on top of the exuberant costs that come with treating CF. Thomas is one of the most selfless people you could ever meet and would give the shirt off his back for anyone in need. He is a volunteer paramedic for Seaford FD and works as a Paramedic for the West Babylon and North Lindenhurst FDs, dedicating his career to helping others in need on their worst days. Thomas is one of the strongest people and never backs down or gives up. This will be a temporary challenge that we know he will overcome.
We thank you in advance for any donation. It is greatly appreciated and will be a significant help to the Reid family at this time.
