Thomas, my friend and coworker, has just experienced a devastating loss. His house burned down, taking with it all of his belongings, including his clothes and treasured items. What makes this even more heartbreaking is that Thomas had hand built his home over the course of two years, pouring his heart and soul into every detail. Now, in a matter of hours, everything he worked so hard for is gone.

Thomas is the most giving person I know. As a technical director at East View High School, he spends his days helping other departments look great.
