Help Thomas McKelvey and his family during this trying time.

Hey everyone, I never thought I would be doing one of these but as many of you know my father Thomas McKelvey has stage 4 cancer and has unfortunately been admitted into a hospice home for his ongoing care while we are still blessed to have him. It has been a trying time for my family and I mostly for what this means and going to happen to our family but also due to what unfortunately many of you probably know the costs as well, that go into trying to fight this horrible condition. So many of us of these days have to deal with be it ourselves or a family member you love. I'm putting together this GoFundMe to benefit my mother Debra McKelvey to just try and help combat the medical bills for my father that have already added up and the future ones that are still to come.

Let me tell you a bit about my father though. As many of you know he is a great man who would do anything for his friends and family, I sure don't know where I Would be without him. My father served on the Madison fire department for 12 years as a firefighter and EMT. he was an avid hunter when he was still able to and would reserve some of his vacation time to do so every year. Tom also loves to play pool and was captain of his pool team and I'm so glad he was able to live his dream and take his team to Vegas to compete. He even for a while became a representative for the A.P.A. many of you probably have attended his parties for various reasons in the basement of their old house, he loves to entertain and mostly to cook for his friends and family even after a long day at work. My father also had the privilege to be an admin for the Anyway County Scanner page on Facebook and was the best scanner programmer around. He still has people messaging him on Facebook saying that they would like to get their scanner programmed by him and was highly recommended by one of their friends. My dad is a very popular guy around town, I swear everyone knows him from one way or another.

I know times can be rough now and money is tight for nearly everyone. this is just me trying to help my mom out anyway that I can so if you are able to donate anything at all it would mean the world to our family.
