Help This Uber Driver Get Rolling Again

Blake is a loving husband and a father. He and his wife own small business during the day and at night Blake drives uber 5 nights a week to pay the family bills. After 3 years of 80-90 hour work weeks, he got shingles. A week after that he was diagnosed with bronchitis. Because he was in pain and sick, he stopped driving Uber and continued to work every day in his shop. On April 14th, Blake woke up one morning and with only partial feeling in his legs. After several x rays, he was diagnosed with a degenerative disk disorder that is causing the partial paralysis in his legs.
Because of the loss of feeling in his leg along with his other health problems, Blake has not been able to drive Uber for a year and is trying to desperately pay his bills so that he can keep his business.

His doctor is going to perform surgery on his neck and a rigorous physical therapy program.

After the Surgery it was revealed that the neck injury was not the cause of the nerve issues in my left leg.  to this day they are still trying to diagnose that.
