I am asking the community to help this amazing father to my beautiful grandson and the love of my daughter's life.

Jake (Torcello) went into the ER with pain which led to the discovery of a very large tumor inside his chest.

After 2 weeks of waiting for the results, the news was not what everyone hoped for. Jake was diagnosed with a rare bone cancer called Ewing sarcoma.

Jake was in school and working full-time to become a plumber, and Kayla is a stay-at-home mom with their son Theodore (Teddy).

Jake has to drop everything and begin chemo treatment next week, as well as undergo testing to see if it has spread and if so, how far. Doctors sadly believe he has had this for quite a while without knowing, but we are all hoping for the best outcome.

If the cancer has spread, the doctors said he has a 15% survival rate. I am asking everyone to PLEASE help this beautiful young family!

Jake is only 23 years old. Kayla and Jake are high school sweethearts, and I want them to be able to stay together through this and not have to have the added stress of how they will cover bills, Jake's car payment, and needs for Teddy.

They need each other through this, and they need the love of the community to help them achieve this.

The LAST thing they need to be doing is stressing about money. Stress is no good on your mental health or your immune system, and with what Jake is about to go through, he will need all the strength he can get to FIGHT this
