Today, I met an incredible single mom at Walmart.
I asked her if she could spare a few dollars so I could get some food because I hadn’t eaten all day. Without hesitation, she reached into her purse and gave me $2.
Tasha didn’t know me. She didn’t ask questions. She just chose kindness.
That’s when I told her I didn’t actually need the money—I just wanted to see if someone would help. And because she did, I gave her $500 to thank her.
She immediately started crying.
She shared that she’s a single mom, doing everything she can to raise her son on her own. Her son has autism, and she’s been working hard to get him into therapy so he can learn to communicate more. At the same time she’s behind on bills and trying to go to school to become an esthetician so she can build a better future for them.
But right now, the bills are piling up. She’s carrying the weight of being both mom and dad, with no real support system.
And still… she chose to give.
Someone like this shouldn’t have to struggle alone.
Let’s come together and support this amazing mom—help her get through school, get her son the therapy he needs, and give them a real chance at a stable, hopeful future.
Every donation makes a difference. ❤️
