Help This Single Mom Fight Toxic Mold Poisoning!

My name is Amanda Raye, and I'm a single mom of two young ladies and a sweet little cockapoo, Primrose. We live in subsidized Artist housing in Nashville, so that I can work at building my career as a professional musician.

Our home has become dangerous and unlivable due to a widespread toxic mold problem that the apartment management company refuses to properly address. The mold is releasing poisonous mycotoxins into the air we breathe and onto our belongings. We have all been experiencing concerning health issues including constant headaches, lethargy, red eyes, rashes, swollen lymph nodes, sore throats, brain fog and respiratory problems. Even my dog has been lethargic and not eating which breaks my heart even more than my own symptoms.

My initial swab test resulted in 1.1 Million spores/unit when a normal amount ranges between 200 and 400. My apartment is only 750sq feet. The owner of this lab told me I am being poisoned at an alarming rate every moment I am in my apartment.

Proper testing by a mold specialist will cost $750 just for the air sampling alone, and one of the medical tests

for me to assess the level of mycotoxins in my body will be close to $1000. We desperately need these tests as evidence in our fight against the apartment company which has been pushing this under the rug as far back as 2016..

On top of testing costs, we need to raise money to hire a lawyer to represent us against this negligent corporation, and to relocate our family and replace all of our contaminated furniture, clothing, and other belongings which are ruined beyond cleaning.

As a full-time working Single Mom, I don't have the means to fund this battle on my own.
