Help This Rescued Cat Get Vet Care

I rescued this cat from outside a restaurant with the plan of her going into a sanctuary, then a foster home.

Well, the sanctuary has yet to call me back now that I have her, and I want to get her into the vet and get her all checked out. She seems healthy enough, but she is also pregnant.

I know we will have more medical expenses after she has her babies, like getting everyone spayed and neutered and updated on shot but right now I just want to make sure she is healthy.
