Help This Mom and Daughter Avoid Homelessness

Hey friends ! So you all helped me raise the money for my car and I got it right BUT... it's a lemon. It's cutting off at red lights and stop signs, the air conditioner and windows don't work, the brakes and tires are worn down, the stereo doesn't work at all and a few other things like it needs spark plugs and coils and an o2 sensor (idek what that means). Before this, I didn't have a car for an entire 2 years. We've really been struggling having to rely on Lyft and Uber living in an area where both are scarce and expensive. I was excited to finally have more reliable transportation purchasing this car and it's not reliable at all.

I was willing to thug it out because I still have my electric scooter (however the tire on that just popped a few days ago) to get around town while I figure it out BUT THEN my landlord yesterday emails me saying that I have just 30 days to vacate my home. No reason given. Never been late on rent. Haven't had any other complaints.

She's telling me I have to leave AFTER we just had the bathroom partially remodeled and they discovered there's so much black mold in my bathroom that I probably shouldn't have been living here anyway (they didn't get the funds to remove all the mold either). I've been complaining about issues with my pipes and she's been doing just quick fixes. This time she finally had my entire sink replaced and for some reason they had to tear up the wall which is how they found so much extra mold than what was already visible. They had to completely rebuilt that wall to help get rid of what they could. It seems like she's maybe just wanting to get rid of me to avoid costly repairs. A new tenet wouldn't know that so much is wrong inside of the walls.

So I'm asking for help, yet again. I'm trying to get $2000 to get this car drivable and $3000 to pay for deposits and hire movers to hurry up and get into another place or to pay for a hotel if I don't find another house within this short time frame. There's a chance I'll need help paying legal fees but I have 2 leads on possibly getting that help for free or cheap. Please reach out if you know free legal help with this as well !

Rent in my area (Greene County, Ohio) is $900 to $1200 for somewhere DECENT (not good lol) and I know I'll need first months rent plus deposits for them and dpl. I'll need to rent a truck too I think. Not sure how movers work. But I don't have the type of local support where I could just get volunteers for the physical aspect of moving and will need to pay for that.

Anyway, if you made it this far I DEEPLY appreciate you. I've been working less because I've been caretaking a family member full time for months now and your without help I'm sure we'll legit be homeless (if you know me you know I have a young daughter.)

I'm not just asking for free monies either. I have skills too ! Invest in something for yourself if that feels better and would help you too.
