Meet Ember (aka “Emmy”)
Professional cuddler. Occasional chaos gremlin. Future heart-stealer.
Hi! It’s so nice to meet you!
My name is Ember, but sometimes my foster parents call me,
“OH NO! Don’t poop there!”
That name is a little long though… so I also go by Emmy.
I’m a couple-month-old Weimaraner mix currently being fostered by loving parents Alyssa & Erik. My favorite things are:
* Cuddling
* Food
* Playing
* More cuddling
(As you can see, I have my priorities straight.)
Here’s something special about me: I was born with two little hernias. They don’t slow me down much right now, but when I’m a bit bigger this spring, I’ll need surgery to fix them so I can grow up healthy, strong, and pain-free.
My foster family is helping me get ready for that big day, and raising funds to make sure I can have the surgery I need and finally be ready for my forever home. And since my surgery is scheduled for this spring, we’re hoping to reach our goal soon! Will you help us?
$1,000 Surgery Goal Covers
• Hernia repair procedure
• Anesthesia & monitoring
• Medications
• Post-op care & follow-ups
Even just $5 makes a big difference (so I’m told— I’m just a puppy, so I don’t really know what $5 is). But for every $5 donated, I’ll give you a high-five paw!
If donating isn’t possible right now, would you please consider sharing my story? Even sharing helps me.
If 200 people give just $5, I’ll be fully funded!
You can donate through the GoFundMe that my foster parents have set up:
“Help This Little Ember Grow & Glow”
Thank you so much for helping me get one step closer to my forever home. I promise extra snuggles in spirit.
With love, Emmy
