Yesterday, after a heavy rainstorm, I found this tiny, soaking-wet kitten in my driveway. She’s severely malnourished, struggling to breathe, and has a badly infected eye—possibly even missing. I don’t know how long she’s been out there suffering alone, but it’s clear she’s been through a lot.
I couldn’t turn away. I brought her inside, dried her off, gave her food and water, and set her up in a warm crate with a soft blanket. She’s currently quarantined because I have another cat at home, and I don’t yet know if she has anything contagious. What I do know is that she urgently needs veterinary care.
She likely has a respiratory infection, and her eye needs to be examined and treated immediately. She deserves a chance to survive—and thrive—but I can’t do it alone.
I’m asking for help raising $500 to cover her vet visit, tests, medication, and any treatment she may need. Every single dollar will go directly toward her care. If I raise more than the initial goal, anything extra will be used for follow-up care, spaying, and vaccinations. She is set up with Palmetto Veterinary Clinc for the first available which was Tuesday June 17th and they can take donations directly as well. She is under Alishia Abbott.
She’s been through so much already, but I believe she found me for a reason. Please help me give her the love, safety, and care she’s been missing. Even if you can’t donate, a share could make all the difference.
From the bottom of my heart—thank you.
