Help this Old sole get back on track !

Hi my name is Tom and I've been a carpenter for 45 years. Last year I was helping a friend's child who broke her ankle. While lifting the child up 3 flights of stairs to get help I sustained irreparable rotator cuff tear damage on my right and left shoulders. I have since had 3 surgeries to correct my shoulder problems. This has been a humbling experience for me to be in this predicament since I've been a hard worker my entire life and usually am the one helping others. Since the surgeries I have been unable to work while I heal. I have used up all of my savings and have exhausted my friend's and family's help. I've been diligent to file all the assistance from the Housing relief but it has all run out. I am now facing an eviction and need help to find a new place to live and get on my feet. I'm reaching out to my San Diego community for some temporary help.
