My wife found this dog this morning while out driving near Pendleton. We’re presently at the vet and have no idea how much this will cost. I’ve had people reach out to offer to assist in any costs, to which we are very grateful for. Once the goal is met, any and all extra funds will be donated to the Madison County Humane Society.
