Hello! My name is Milan Moore and I am a rising senior at Howard University. I am a Psychology major, Human Development minor from Richmond, VA.

I won't lie and say that Howard has been my dream school from day one. I went back and forth and weighed my options heavily but in the end I chose Howard because I have always strived for excellence. I worked extremely hard in high school and because of that I was able to complete a dual-enrollment program to earn my Associate's degree and graduated Summa Cum Laude at my college and class Salutatorian at my high school. I've carried that same drive and determination with me throughout my years at Howard and have been able to maintain a 4.0 GPA while also working since my Freshman year.

Unfortunately, because of circumstances outside of my control I am unsure whether or not I will be able to return and complete my final year. After so many years of hard work and restless nights my only goal is to make myself and family proud by graduating as a First-Generation college student and at HBCU, nonetheless.

My outstanding balance is the only thing holding me back from greatness and excellence. I ask that anyone who is able to help please, please consider it. No amount is too small and anything helps.
