Help this father save his home from collapsing

Hi everyone, I received these photos today from our longtime family driver who is shattered and completely heartbroken. His home is at a risk of collapsing. There are about 17 family members living in this small home that is cracking. It is very dangerous for the family to continue living under that roof but they have no choice. I have known our driver since birth and his whole life and world revolves around his children. He only wants a better future for them and works night and day to make it happen. The contractor has appraised the repairs at almost $20,000. Anything will help. He would be utmost grateful.
