Help this Family Give Smudgie a Peaceful Farewell

Hello, my name is Mya, and my family and I have had my cat Smudgie since before I was born (I'm 17). He has been an important part of our family since the beginning. He is now a 20-year-old cat and has a TON of issues with his health: tooth infections, hair matting, limping, limited eating and drinking, etc. It is not humane to keep him around anymore, which is why I am asking for help.
