Help this family after my dog attacked their son

Hello, my name is Matt and my wife's name is Lacey. Our best friend Michelle, which is our second oldest son's mother-in-law, brought her kids over Friday night to hang out and let our boys, which are like brothers, get some time together playing games. We each have 6 kids and have known Michelle and her family for many years now and all of our kids consider each other family. Our son Jayden and Michelle's twins, Ethan and Dylan, are the best of friends. They are absolutely inseparable!
 
But a horrible and unthinkable thing happened this time. My dog Pablo, which has always played with the kids and been a very gentle and loving part of our family, attacked Ethan for no reason. The kids were in my son's room playing Xbox and playing some with the dog, and Ethan was attacked and he was bitten on his arm, nose, and his upper lip was nearly ripped off. The doctor had to use almost 70 stitches to put it all back together. For this, Pablo was humanely put to rest Saturday, as he could not be trusted to live among people after such a vicious act.

Michelle is going to have to be home with Ethan constantly for a while to take care of him and she can't work. She is a full-time Uber driver and works every day to pay her bills as she is the only income for her family. She only needs money for bills and groceries to get through the next month or so, until she can get back to full-time driving.
