Help This Dudes Food Grow To A Restaurant!!

Hello my friends and soon to be friends,my name is Zach and my wife is Melissa and we operate a small food truck called This Dudes Food located in Prescott AZ. I am an ex general superintendent in construction and I traveled consistently, missing the lives of my wife and our children just to bring home a paycheck. We always have been creative with our food at home and for gatherings at our home wherever we lived. One day a friend said to us we should do this for a living, of course we thought he was crazy...I mean in America who leaves a 6 figure income and insurance benefits and retirement plan especially to do something we have no training for? Well folks as our local backyard BBQ grew every weekend we then began to realize how happy we were to just see people smile and laugh and enjoy themselves with a few simple ingredients...great service with a smile.., great fun happy environment, and great food.3 simple elements to bring friends and neighbors and even strangers together to feel at home and happy. So here we are a year later with a food truck, providing food the way we like it and our friends who eat are smiling and meeting others and we strive to bring the best customer service with personality and wit. We have several of our elements in place and now we need to execute the last. It is time for us to grow and be able to create that back yard feel and create that place for our friends to come over and feel like they are at home..For all who know us and eat at our little shack now and love our small simple menu...just imagine how much more we can do with an actual real kitchen..! If you help us make this huge step forward we promise you the absolute best product that anyone can provide from a kitchen. This is our dream, our livelihood, and our absolute pleasure to do this for our community. We are completely unconventional with our food and our personalities and we believe that change is good and we promise to keep shaking things up to keep things happy and fun and interesting for the future of our business and our wonderful community...We jumped off a cliff a year ago to begin this adventure with no future and security in sight...So jump with us off this next cliff for this next adventure...the sky seems to be the limit with our possibilities and with your continued support and we promise to keep reaching for those stars..
