Help this disabled vet's Family Battle Cancer and Hardship!
Donazione protetta
Veteran. Husband. Grandfather. Fighting for His Family’s Life.
My name is Jay. I’m a 100% disabled Navy veteran. I’ve served my country, raised my family, and kept the faith through every storm.
But this storm is unlike any other.
Two years ago, my wife was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer. After a month in agony, unable to even use the restroom, doctors finally found the tumor and rushed her into emergency surgery. They removed 70% of her colon. She’s endured 10 brutal rounds of chemo and still has a long road ahead.
During that same time, my daughter gave birth to our grandson after being abandoned by the father. We welcomed them both into our home and now she cares for my wife and me full-time.
There is no other income. Just my VA check. And $1200+ in monthly debt we can’t keep up with.
I have type 1 diabetes, severe nerve damage, kidney disease, and vision loss. I physically cannot work though I’ve tried. We average 4–8 medical appointments a week just to survive.
We’re holding on…but just barely.
This isn’t easy to ask. But I’m asking.
If you can give anything to help, you’re not just helping with bills. You’re giving hope to a cancer warrior. You’re standing with a disabled vet. You’re lifting up a family fighting with everything they’ve got.
Thank you for reading. Thank you for caring. May God bless you tenfold for anything you give.
