Hello everyone, my name is Ozzy, short for Oswaldo. I'm 44 years old, and I live in El Paso, TX. I've been a single dad since June of 2022, raising three boys: a 7-year-old, a 4-year-old, and a 20-month-old.

At first, I thought it was easy until I started to encounter my past. Decisions of going down the wrong path and currently dealing with some mental issues because of a nasty past relationship, and one of my children having some mental issues himself, made it harder. It got to the point that his therapies and mine interfered with my employment. Asking for too many permissions to leave early or miss a day, they laid me off and told me to fix my problems first. I'm currently awaiting disability. Even though I try my best to keep the boat afloat with odd jobs, right now we are facing an eviction and I can't find a house for rent because of my past. Honestly, it's a challenge. I have a bad criminal background, bad rental history, and my credit is no good.

They check all that, and to top it off, I have two ESA (Emotional Support Animals) dogs and a pet dog. Mostly, they don't want pets or only allow two small pets with non-refundable dog deposits. That's why I am on this platform, trying to see if out of the kindness of your heart, you can find your generosity and help and donate to my cause so I can keep a roof over my children's heads. Trust me, I'm asking for this help with great embarrassment and shame because I feel I have failed them. Like a father, I just need enough so I can try to get a roof over my children's heads. The mother to my children comes and goes from the picture.
